The success of Diamond Parking Services is based on years of experience as a Valet Parker. I worked throughout the Dallas metroplex at restaurants, night clubs, country clubs, private parties and concert venues. Every year I learned more and more about customer relations and the intricacies of management.
Throughout the years, new business and personal relationships have been formed and if there is one thing that I have learned and that is that every manager owner of these facilities want their guests to have a great time. They also want their customers to have an easy time getting to their place of business without the usual headaches of finding a parking spot. Clearly, our valet parkers are the first impression that the customer receives; therefore, it should be a great impression.
With this in mind, I have tried to put together a team of workers that mirror my own work ethic and ideas of how things ought to be done. I personally screen all parking attendants before they become members of my team. My thoughts have always been the same, "If I put together a great team of workers, then business will expand on it's own rhythm." This philosophy has proven to be correct.
